This is where Patrick really showed wonderful care and top-notch reliability for us. In all of the back-and-forth communications over the two-month-long process when the house’s renovations were being completed, and through all of the various inspections that needed to take place, we always felt like we were Patrick’s number ONE clients. Through countless phone calls and text messages, we never talked to an associate or an assistant but always to Patrick directly.
